The Problem

VAVOOM had the technology, but no way to communicate it clearly. Two audiences needed to understand the product fast: QSR decision-makers who needed to see ROI immediately, and investors who needed market-ready positioning. The site had to work as both a sales tool and a pitch deck asset, explaining AI-powered drive-thru optimization without leaning on technical jargon.

The project came through a referral from a previous client, 360Rides, which meant trust was already established and expectations were high going in.

I led with revenue, not features. The hero leads with "Drive-Thru Revenue & Yield Orchestration" instead of a technical AI pitch, positioning VAVOOM around the outcome QSR operators actually care about: yield.

The Solution II

I broke the product down into a 3-step explainer model: vehicle identification → predictive optimization → POS integration. What was a complex, multi-layered AI system became a workflow a restaurant operator could understand at a glance, without needing a technical briefing first.

I built live pilot proof directly into the site rather than leaving it buried in a deck. Product mockups and flow diagrams show the system in action, so the page carries its own evidence instead of just making claims.

The Result

The site launched and became a core asset in VAVOOM's investor materials, used directly during pitch presentations to demonstrate market-ready positioning. Featured pilot results on the live site include a 7% increase in AOV and 99% vehicle recognition accuracy.

Orivfy is an AI verification platform built to help users determine whether content is real or AI-generated. The challenge was not the technology itself, but how clearly and credibly it could be explained to users.
