The Problem
360Rides needed a full product rethink. The experience suffered from poor UX, outdated UI, and an unclear brand. Both parents and drivers struggled to understand how the product worked, what it stood for, and why they should trust it with something as sensitive as child transportation.

The Solution
I started by rebuilding the product’s brand identity from the ground up. This included redesigning the logo, defining a new color system, and creating custom illustrations and icons. The visual direction combined Airbnb-style icons with friendly, Disney-inspired illustrations to make the brand feel trustworthy, approachable, and parent-friendly, without losing clarity.

The Solution II
Next, I established a scalable design system that didn’t previously exist. I created consistent components, color styles, and interaction patterns that made the product easier to build on and maintain. With this foundation in place, I mapped out and tested key user flows using v0 & Bolt, validating edge cases before moving into high-fidelity design. I then designed the full parent and driver experiences, ensuring both sides had clear, predictable flows and always understood what action to take next.

To support adoption, I designed and developed the product’s landing page. The goal was twofold: to clearly explain what 360Rides is for parents and drivers, and to create a single entry point for capturing users and leads. The page aligned closely with the new brand and product experience, setting clear expectations from first contact.

The Result
360Rides now has a clear brand, a structured product experience, and a system that supports growth. Parents and drivers can understand the product quickly, core flows feel predictable and usable, and the platform is positioned for onboarding and expansion with confidence.
